Hi-Tech Industrial Estate is a project in cooperation
with the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT)
was established with the main objective of serving high
technology and less polluted industries.
Total area of the project is
2,150 Rai (860 Acres) consisting of 3 zones:
Export Processing Zone
(EPZ) 650 Rai ( 260 Acres) with fully
equipped Customs Office. Hi-Tech Industrial Estate's
EPZ has already been upgraded to a FREE TRADE ZONE
(FTZ), one of the nine EPZs that was recently granted
a FTZ status by the Ministry of Industry.
General Industrial Zone
(GIZ) 850 Rai (340 Acres). The Ayutthaya
Technical Training Center (ATTC) is located with
in the General Industrial Zone. ATTC is the first
non profit technical training center in Thailand
a joint cooperation of private sector and government
education institution with the support of Industrial
sector namely CANON INC. Japan and MITSUTOYO.
Commercial, Residential
and Common used area of 650 Rai (260
Acres) with the main objective that the project
must be a SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
