ROAD
There are two main roads and a well connected network
of feeder roads to each land. The main road is 36 meters
wide with 4 lanes of traffic each direction. The secondary
main is 25 meters wide with 2 lanes of traffic each direction.

DRAINAGE & FLOOD PROTECTION SYSTEM
Besides the highly efficient system with open grid, pipe and
canal drainage, Hi-Tech Industrial Estate is equipped with 5
powerful pumps with pumping capacity of 1 million cu.m. per
day. The estate is thus NO FLOOD GUARANTEE and this is proven
by the recent flood disaster that affected a vast area of Ayutthaya
in 1995 but not in Hi-Tech Industrial Estate. |

SECURITY GUARDS
Bang pa-in police substation is on the estate in addition to
24-hour guard service. Round the clock guard service at all
entry and exits points. |

Co., Ltd. has established their operation in the estate to provide
the efficient and reliable transportation service to all factories

(IEAT)
The office is a one stop center, acting on your behalf in obtaining
all government approvals and permits for the operation. For
example, approvals for land use, construction or expansion of
factory, work and residency permits or the expatriate workers. |

CUSTOMS OFFICE
Ban-Wah Customs Office is located in the estate and is ready
to serve you round-the-clock service on import & export
procedures. Easier and faster customs documentation and clearing
with customs officials on duty full time. The office acts on
behalf of the Customs Department to handle all customs procedures,
be that of import-export procedures on equipment, raw materials,
documentation for exemption of duties or tax rebates. |
